We are a Maasai-owned and Maasai-run campsite on the Ewaso Nyiro River, in the Laikipia ecosystem of Kenya — built inside our own manyatta, on our own land.
Our land, our hosting
Naisuyo Campsite is culturally built and set within a Maasai manyatta, which makes it different from a standard tented camp: when you stay with us, you have real time to explore our origins and cultural structures alongside the Indigenous people who live here. Our guides and hosts are members of the same community that has managed this land and its wildlife for generations.
We offer immersive local safaris and cultural activities along the Ewaso Nyiro River, across the wider Laikipia ecosystem.

Guided game drives, bush walks and tracking
Morning and early evening game drives led by expert Maasai guides, walking safaris that bring you close to the landscape, and specialised outings with local conservationists and trackers — plus birding across more than 350 recorded species.
Hosted by the people who live it
Singing, traditional herbal medicine, spear-throwing, blacksmith work, the elders' board game, and beading with expert Maasai women — shared with you by the people for whom these are simply part of life, not a show put on for visitors.
Camp under the acacias
